Deposit & Cancellation Policy

We require a 50% deposit for all new clients on their first visit.

We understand that on occasion, you may need to cancel or move your appointment to another day.  We therefore require a clear 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment.  A 50% cancellation charge will be incurred for any treatment, including part of your treatment on the day, not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.  In the event of an emergency situation or illness, we will take a 50% deposit for your next treatment.
